I'm Shohjahon, a Python backend developer based in Tashkent. I build REST APIs, Telegram bots and Mini Apps, and automation systems that take repetitive work off people's hands, mostly with FastAPI, Django, and PostgreSQL. Lately I've been working with LLM integrations and AI-powered tools.
I've been building backend systems for real products for over two years. My main tools are FastAPI, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery, deployed with Docker behind Nginx.
Most of my work has been systems that simplify how a business runs: e-commerce backends, CRM solutions, Telegram bots connected to various services, and Mini Apps that extend what those bots can do. I like taking work that people do by hand and handing it to a system instead.
When I write code, I follow one simple rule: it should still make sense to me six months later. That's why I care about clean structure, async correctness, and holding up under real load. Solving today's problem isn't enough if the solution is painful to extend tomorrow.
Lately I've been going deep on applied AI: LLM integrations, prompt engineering, intelligent chatbots, and workflow automation. I use AI to test ideas quickly and cut down on repetitive work.
I graduated this year. Right now I'm learning Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to pair my backend experience with the frontend side. My goal is to build reliable, high-quality products end to end, from the database to the browser. I'm still a beginner on the frontend, and I'd rather show that openly than pretend otherwise.

Beyond the code
Away from the keyboard I'm usually on a football pitch, deep in a CS2 match, or out walking to let an idea settle. I like poking at open-source projects - reading the code, spinning them up, and sometimes tearing them down to rebuild them my own way - and running small experiments with AI. I'm slowly chipping away at my English and Russian too, and trying to read a bit more than I did last year.
