Each well logs level, pressure, and six chemical readings - nitrate, sulfate, iron, lead, zinc, copper - against WHO reference limits, raising an alert when a reading crosses one. A 30-day forecast per well runs on ARIMA, and both the forecast and the underlying analysis are cached in Redis for five minutes so the dashboard isn't recomputing them on every load. Readings can be entered by hand or bulk-uploaded via CSV.
